University of Sussex Faculty of Media, Arts and Humanities present the 36-hour Film challenge 2024
How long does it take to make a film? Weeks? Months? Years? What happens when you have 36 hours? That’s the challenge for students from the Faculty of Media, Arts and Humanities at the University of Sussex.
Launching on Saturday 9 November, students will be given a prop, a location and a mystery parameter and have 36 hours to make a four-minute film. All films will be screened on Sunday 10 November at 8.30pm to a public audience and a judging panel. With up to £1000 worth of prize money, this is a 36-hour filmmaking marathon and only the best will survive it!
